A Deposit of $250 is required for week

rentals and $100 for weekend rentals.

Cottage capacity is strictly enforced for

the benefit of all guests.

Children in a cottage count as people too! Extra people overnight in the cottages and day visitors are ONLY allowed with prior approval of management.

Visitors will not be allowed during high

occupancy days (including holiday weekends) to avoid overcrowding.
